How do I return an item?

Please contact us first before returning any item.
Any Item ordered from Sniper Hog lights and shipped to the USA can be returned for a full refund including shipping if the item is not how it was described on our website as long as you contact us within 30 days of purchase and it is returned in like new condition. All items shipped outside the USA will not be refunded the shipping cost to the customer or back to us.
No Items can be returned for a refund after 30 days regardless if the item is used or not.
If returning a product that is defective on arrival for replacement, we will pay the shipping to return it us and pay for the shipping back to the customer in the USA. Outside the USA customer must pay for the shipping both ways. We do check every light order to make sure our customers don't get defective products but every once in a while one slips through.
Any other reason we will need to know the reason first before we can tell you what the refund amount will be.
We do not accept returns on products just because we came out with a new product. For example, you buy a light from us and then two weeks later we come out with a new light. You can not return your light for a refund or exchange it for the new light.
