How do I return an item?

Please contact us first before returning any item.
Any Item ordered from Sniper Hog lights and shipped to the USA can be returned for a full refund including normal shipping cost if the item is not how it was described on our website as long as you contact us within 30 days of purchase and it is returned in  new condition. We do not take returns on used items unless  the item is not as described on our website and is less then 30 days from date of being received.  If the item  is unused it can be returned even if it was as described on our website but the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to us and our shipping cost to the customer. On all items returned outside of the USA , the customer is responsible for all shipping cost regardless of why it's being returned.

No Items can be returned for a refund after 30 days regardless if the item is used or not .  We will not refund the shipping cost on Next day air or 2nd day air orders.

If returning a product that is defective on arrival for replacement, we will pay the shipping to return it us and pay for the shipping back to the customer in the USA. Outside the USA, the customer must pay for the shipping both ways. If for any reason there is a problem with the order when you receive it and we need to send you a replacement, we will ship the replacement with the same type of shipping the original order had. For example, if your order shipped using Priority mail, the replacement parts will be sent by priority mail. The only way we will upgrade the shipping to a faster service is if the customer is willing to pay for the upgraded service.  Please note that on all orders outside the USA, the customer will be responsible for paying the replacement shipping.  We do check every light order to make sure our customers don't get defective products but every once in a while one slips through.
Any other reason we will need to know the reason first before we can tell you what the refund amount will be.
We do not accept returns on products just because we came out with a new product. For example, you buy a light from us and then two weeks later we come out with a new light. You can not return your light for a refund or exchange it for the new light.
