How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Please contact us first before returning any item.
Any Item ordered from Sniper Hog lights that is not a sale item can be returned for a full refund including shipping if the item is not how it was described on our website as long as you contact us within 30 days of purchase and it is returned in like new condition.
Any other reason we will need to know the reason first before we can tell you what the refund amount will be.
We do not accept returns on products just because we came out with a product. For example, you buy a light from us and then one week later we come out with a new model light. You can not return your light for a refund or exchange it for the new light.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. All orders placed Monday-Saturday before 9am CST will ship out the same day, orders placed after 9am will ship the next business day. This excludes all USPS holidays.
