We have used several different lights in the past with red and blue. We have noticed if the light is too bright,  regardless of color it will spook the pigs.

What is your experience with this?

Thanks

In my opinion it has more to do with each individual pig. If the pig has had a bad experience with a Red,Green or blue light than it is more likely to run when it See's a red, green or blue light and it doesn't matter how bright it is. I have had pigs spook at a Red lighted nock from 30 yards and also have had them not even flinch at a bright white light at 20 yards. By far I have had the most success with Red but I know several people that swear by the blue and green lights. I think one of the biggest mistakes people make when hunting over bait is  trying to light up a pig as soon as they show up. Pig's know they get hunted over bait and the slightest thing will spook them when they first show up but if you let them feed for a few minutes they will settle down and this is the best time to light them up.

I hope this helps
